Former New York mayor Ed Koch (an avid campaigner and supporter of President Bush) announced who is he will be supporting for in this election. It is no surprise that Mr. Koch chose Barack Obama as his candidate for president, considering the past 8 years. Mr. Koch may not be as prestigious as some of the names behind John McCain, however, he is still a great man.

yes you are very right McCain has a great person 100% supporting him that puts country before party: JOE LIEBERMANN, Democratic senator from Connecticut. Obama is the most liberal member of the US Senate who spent his entire career (less than 2 years) voting with his party all the time and never reaching across the aisle and working with the other party to get major/significant things done. The most leftist partisan politician in the US Senate will not get much support from moderate or strong Republicans, I can guarentee you that. With the exception of some former mayor as you metioned whom I've never heard of until you mentioned him. He will have no impact on this race, I guarentee you.
I was merely expressing an interest in Mr. Koch's suport of Obama after being an avid Bush supporter. I find it very interesting that many of the tables, in your example, Senator Liebermann, have turned.
I fail to see how the actions of a McCain supporter reflect on the actions of McCain. If so were true, you would have to take the ignorance that many McCain supporters have and include that, which you would never do.
